CBS broadcast reruns of “Criminal Minds” at 9 (6.9 million viewers) and “CSI: NY” at 10 (7.5 million) following “Big Brother” at 8 (6 million). ABC, despite a fourth-place finish in total viewers, edged past CBS and NBC for second place among adults ages 18 to 49.
