ABC was the most-watched network on Monday night, as roughly 20.3 million viewers tuned in to an extended 96-minute edition of “Dancing With the Stars” at 8 p.m., Nielsen estimated. Although ABC averaged more total viewers, CBS, the runner-up, edged ahead among adults 18 to 49, thanks to its popular half-hour sitcoms, including “Two and a Half Men” at 9 p.m. (14.4 million), which led the night among the 18-to-49 set. CBS also dominated the 10 p.m. time slot with “CSI: Miami” (15.5 million), easily outpacing both NBC’s “Medium” (9.5 million) and the last hour of ABC’s “Bachelor,” which averaged just over 8 million viewers from 9:36 to 11 p.m. NBC ranked third for the night, delivering its largest audience at 9 with “Deal or No Deal” (10 million) but struggling at 8 with “My Dad Is Better Than Your Dad” (4.4 million). Fox, fourth in total viewers, tied NBC for third among adults 18 to 49, broadcasting a repeat of “House” at 8 (7.5 million) followed by “New Amsterdam” at 9 (6.6 million). On Saturday night Nickelodeon’s “Kids’ Choice Awards,” with Jack Black as host and a performance by Miley Cyrus, drew 7.4 million viewers, the cable channel said on Tuesday. That audience an increase of 1.3 million viewers, or more than 20 percent, over last year was the largest in the show’s 21-year history.
