Diane Passage is the Head of A&R at Glassnote Entertainment Group an Independent Music Company encompassing records, publishing, merchandising and touring. She is, also, the President of Martini Park Music, the entity that selects the music for Martini Park lifestyle venues and its record label.
Diane recently discovered the rock band Blowing Trees from San Antonio, TX whose debut album on Glassnote will be released in the fourth quarter of 2007. Diane is supervising the production of Blowing Trees, produced by the well-known producer and mixer David Castell [Blue October] as well as several other artists for Glassnote.
Diane is an active movie producer currently working with Martin Bregman on the Larry McMurtry novel, Desert Rose, and Hillary Tulip.
Diane is actively involved in the world of charity. She is deeply involved in LIFEbeat, the music industry’s organization fighting AIDS. Her other charitable endeavors are as a sponsor of the G&P Foundation for Cancer Research, a benefactor of the New York Metropolitan Opera and a sponsor of the Savannah College of Art & Design, where the prestigious film award of the festival is called the Diane Passage Jury Award. She is, also, on the host committee of the annual Southampton Film Festival.
She is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the Fashion Institute of Technology.
