(TNT) SAVING GRACE Holly Hunter, left, channels her inner tough girl in this new drama as Grace Hanadarko, a hard-living (code for too many drinks, too many men and a generally bad attitude) Oklahoma City police detective “facing a personal crisis of divine proportions,” according to TNT. And that’s code for only one thing: an angel. Leon Rippy, who snarled his way through “Deadwood,” plays Grace’s newfound guardian, whose job includes getting both of them back on track.
7 P.M. (TLC) I DO ... AGAIN A couple decides to get married for a second time, after which they’ll move with their five teenage daughters into a house with a single bathroom. Maybe they should rethink this one.
9 P.M. (NBC) AGE OF LOVE Or simply “Aging.” Both groups of women — the purring kittens and the ferocious cougars — are starting to show signs of wear and tear in this dating show that pits 20-somethings against 40-pluses for the affection of Mark Philippoussis, a 30-year-old tennis pro. But is this player really worth the cost of all that anti-wrinkle cream? Tonight Mark takes the women camping in the wilderness. One gets a private hike; another gets sent home.

(ABC) CMA MUSIC FESTIVAL: COUNTRY’S NIGHT TO ROCK Brooks & Dunn, Sara Evans, right, Martina McBride, Brad Paisley, Sugarland, Gretchen Wilson, Carrie Underwood, Jo Dee Messina, LeAnn Rimes and others get rowdy in Nashville in this two-hour compilation of highlights from the four-day music festival and party held annually since 1972. The show-stopper: Reba McEntire, who joins festivities for the first time in 11 years.
9 P.M. (HBO) BIG LOVE Poor Bill. Three wives, three mothers-in-law — that is, not counting the gazillion sister-wives that come attached to father-in-law Roman. Tonight, however, it’s Margene’s mother who is wreaking havoc on the Henrickson household. Bonnie Bedelia guest stars as the visitor from hell.
9 P.M. (Sundance) PUCKER UP: THE FINE ART OF WHISTLING (2005) You just put your lips together and blow, right? This documentary listens in on world champion whistlers as they go for trills at the International Whistling Convention and Competition in Louisburg, N.C.
