A fire broke out yesterday morning at a 43-story building under construction at the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa. The fire began about 7:45 a.m. and was contained before 10 a.m., fire officials said. The cause was under investigation, fire officials said. There were no reports of injury, and only superficial damage to the structure was reported.
