Here we have it folks, the first picture of the celebrity contestants for the upcoming series of Dancing On Ice.

The photo appeared on Loose Women’s Saira Khan’s Instagram page, and was taken from the first rehearsal.

In the candid shot you can see a bevy of stars that include Wes Nelson, Gemma Collins, and Brian McFadden.

The photo was captioned: Saira captioned the snap: “Here’s the team of 2019 @dancingonice @jamesjordan1978@wes.nelson @melodythornton@saaraaalto @ryansidebottom_official@richardblackwood @brianmcfadden123@gemmacollins1 @themarklittle@dansononice – it’s already a laugh.”

There was one star that was missing from the the shot though, Coronation Street actress Jane Danson.

They commented: “where is @realjanedanson ???” to which Saira replied: “She was working today – but I’ve included her as she is part of the team x.”

It was only pretty recently confirmed that Jane will not be leaving Coronation Street  to take part in the reality show.

The star told Loose Women that she won’t be taking a break from the show but will be scaling down her appearances as she trains for the gruelling competition.

Jane, who playes Leanne Battersby in Corrie, said of her role on the soap: “Well she’s not going to go too far, I’ll still be there just not as much as I usually will be.

“I’ll have a quieter patch in the story, and next week there’s a big week for Leanne so the way the story’s going she will have a quieter bit.”

So who elde is on the show: Grease actress Didi Conn, EastEnders’ Richard Blackwood, X Factor’s Saara Aalto, and Neighbours’ legend Mark Little will all be putting on their ice skates.
